IFFI-2008 Online Media Accreditation Website

Journalists want to cover IFF have now opportunity to get accreditation via internet. So rush and act fast the last date for accreditation is November 15, 2008. Press Information Bureau, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, has started online media accreditation for the 39th International Film Festival of India-2008 being held in Goa from November 22 to December 02, 2008.  Media persons may visit PIB site http://www.pib.nic.in/ and click the New Icon "Media Accreditation –IFFI, 2008" (Flashing) to register themselves.

          Media persons with the following criteria can register themselves:

1.       Having three years experience of covering film festivals

2.       Should not be below 18 years of age.

3.       Application should be recommended by the Organisation

          Media persons would require the following to be scanned and uploaded to complete the online process of applying for accreditation;

1.       Passport Size Photograph (Not exceeding 100 kb space)

2.       Letter from Editor/Bureau Chief addressed to Principal DG as per the Format

3.       E-mail id (only one id being currently used to be indicated)

          In addition, foreign journalists would be required to scan and upload their J-VISA and a letter from the Head of the Indian Mission as per the format available with the online form.
