Raipur, 26 October 2008, During Raipur visit of India's chief election commissioner, Mr N. Gopal Swami at the time of departure to New Delhi some news papers published news about the State Chief Secretary, Mr P. Joy Ommen. The news mentioning him is baseless and misleading information. In fact Mr Ommen was not present there (at the Mana airport).
